It is with deep sorrow to inform everyone that we have lost a much loved part of Orange Veterinary Hospital. Bob Garvin passed away peacefully at home on Sunday morning.

Bob will be missed by many – a skilled vet, professional practice partner, outstanding mentor and much respected work colleague through to his retirement in 2006. Orange Veterinary Hospital is what it is today in large part due to Bob’s outstanding work ethic and foresight. Together with Andrew Hansen they were at the helm of OVH from the early 1970’s. A constant thought at OVH that persists to this day is to continue the legacy and standards that were created from that time.

A funeral service for Bob will be held this Friday at 1.30pm at Holy Trinity Church, Orange.

He enriched our lives and he left the world a better place. Our heartfelt sympathy goes to Julianne, Jenianne, Mike and Chris and their families.
